It is an honor, a dream come true, accomplished goals...  My book and this website.  I am so excited! Let me introduce myself.  My name is Norma Luz Davila.  I have worked for many years in the Restaurant Industry, In New York City Tourism, and in customer service.  I wrote a self-help book on “How To Make Big Tips” for people who would be interested in the Restaurant Industry.  The book specializes in neighborhood Coffee Shops and Diners.  

Everything I learn working in the Restaurant Industry the do's and not to do and such more information.
