What are the benefit for Waitstaff 

In many States, there are many Employment Agencies that will hire Wait staff member with experience in an hour or for the day or for a wait staff that is on vacation, temporarily or permanently job right away without waiting for days and months to work in any restaurant, Diner or Coffee Shop and that's a plus in my calendar. 

What the Restaurants, Diners, Coffee Shops have to offer to their employees. Seasonal Jobs, Part-time, full-time jobs, Medical Insurance and many offers to its employee to become part of the Union.

It's getting better out there when working in the Restaurant Industry. Since not many people go for this type of jobs they are always looking for people to be hired for many different positions in the Restaurant Industry.
