What is the seafood diet and how it works?

“OMG what I got myself into now"? How can I resist to eat all these delicious food?
Is the seafood diet the right diet for you?
The seafood diet is consist of everything you, you can eat. Its not a good idea today in our society we are presurred to watch what you eat and count calories it create a lots of strees. Many emotional eaters can't handle this type of stress.
No one wants to be over weight. For those people who would like to make changes in their personal life we have in our society what they call diets in other simple words calories counting. Many people have a dificult time to get use too being in a restricted eating routine, and when they do they stop eating all their favorite food. This a big problem for people who love to eat. They will find themselves cheating and feeling guilty after they eat their favorite food. They get discourage and depress they would end up quitting their restricted diet.
So what is the right thing to do? I learn that if I am in a diet is ok to derived out of the counting calories died and splurge a little and when finished get back to the diet routing. Not to quit.
Many people suggest when becoming stress out to take a few minutes to:
breath and think, question themselves, why is the reason, they are eating?.
and if they are hungry?
Stop and thinking sometimes it doesn't work for many people. Many people eat because they have an emotional attack, or their blood pressure goes down to a level they must eat. When this happens people can't stop and think or remember to breath everything happens so fast and the only thing that could calm them down is by eating at the moment nothing else.
No one whats to be over weight "no one". Its a strougle that, many people face everyday going back and forth with the seafood and counting calories diet and often they are seeing themselves stuck in the middle.
