What are you plans for this NEW YEAR "2020"

Are your goals realistic? What would be your motivation to achieved them?


Many people begin to make plans before the year end for the new year, that's is great idea to focus on any set goal. To lose weight and eat healthy. Dealing with the new year and your goals are more difficult than anyone could think. People get emotional energetic a to start their goal at the begging.


For example #1: Exercising, as soon many people begin working out in the gym and feel that it is to difficult to achieve their stop.

Example #2: Many people get overwhelm of how long they have to spend preparing their healthy meals.


And here we go with another plan out the window.


I often hear "No Pain No Game". And that is right!!!!


In order to achieved goals you have to train yourself to make a difference in your life and no one have any control of that but yourself. One of many affirmation I make to achieved many of goal and had helped me to stay in track was to stayed focus of what I ate. If I go off my healthy way of eating in the morning, afternoon or evening what ever time of day or night and decided that I want to eat a burger with fries beside feeling guilty instead of going off I will turned around and in the next meal continue with my healthy way of eating. Not to give up so easily. Another idea that helps people is to count calories.
